On March 26th Gavin Rossdale will be preforming at One Splendid Evening a VH1 Save The Music Foundation event. One Splendid Evening will be held on board the new Carnival Splendor, Carnival’s largest and most innovative ship, while the vessel is docked at the Port of San Pedro in Los Angeles.

ATLANTA – February 3, 2009 – Carnival Cruise Lines and Mayercraft Carrier 2 present “One Splendid Evening,” a special concert event to benefit the VH1 Save The Music Foundation. The one night only event will take place the evening of March 26, 2009. Proceeds will help restore instrumental music education in America’s public schools and raise awareness about the importance of music as part of a child’s complete education.
