Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale looked every bit the rock star couple on their way into a doctor’s appointment at Cedars-Sinai yesterday. Of course, Gwen was showing off that signature maternity style, while Gavin was looking as hot as ever. Little Kingston sat this one out — I’m sure he’s busy since there’s a lot of work to be done getting ready for his new little sibling.
